Hello, Josette here with another Tuesday post. Today is short and sweet but I would like to share a technique that can be used for all the piccolos at Sweet Stamps.
This is from a shadow box that I created using a resit paper and distress inks for the background. The flowers were created from Glassine by Ranger and misted with dye ink. The butterfly is the focus for this posting however.
I started with Butterfly Accents Piccolo. Added Enamel_Powder_ENCHANTED_AUBERGINE. after coating the image with _Enamel_Powders_adhesive.
Here they are embossed with the powders. There is Vintage Black, Mermaid Tears, Mardi Gras, and the darker purple is where I mixed one of these with a darker purple.
Next I glued gemstones and crystals onto the butterfly.
I hope you will explore the Piccolos and Piccolo Enamel Powders and create your own enchanted creations.
Until next time,
Happy Crafting
Josette

Especially For You
Hello Stampers! This is Kim her to share with you a fun watercolored card. I am using this beautiful butterfly piccolo shape from Sweet Stamps as my main focus for my card today. I used the enamel fluid to get the image wet then I sprinkled on a generous amount of the Vintage Black enamel powder.
The background was watercolored using various shades of pinks and purple Zig Clear Real Brush pens. I also added some coarse salt to the paper while it was drying to add some texture the the background. I die cut the circle and embossed it. The butterfly is adhered using 3D tape for dimension. I used the white fine detail embossing powder for the sentiment.

Frosty Papillon
Hello there crafty people! Britt Bass here from Pink Paper Crowns!
Today I'm bringing you a shimmery masterpiece featuring Sweet Stamps' Starflake Medallion stamp, Large Butterfly Accent Piccolo, and Embossing Powders and Enamels!
Let's get started!
First, I took the Starflake stamp and stamped it twice on my background, once on the top right and once on the bottom left, in versamark ink. I used white detail embossing powder to heat emboss the images. Next, I used several colors of glimmer mist and sprayed over the embossed stamped images to create the shimmery background color.
Next, I used the same stamp and stamped it onto periwinkle cardstock, heat embossed it with the same white embossing powder, and sprayed it with clear, shimmer glimmer mist. I cut out the shape, leaving a bit of room around the edge and attached it to the background with foam adhesive. (See below how shimmery it is?!)
Lastly I took one of the Large Butterfly Accent Piccolos and covered it with Embossing Fluid and used the same white embossing powder all over the front. After that layer had dried I used layers of Embossing Fluid and Aged Pink Piccolo Embossing Enamel on the edges of the butterfly to create the look the the butterfly had begun to build up frost on its wings!
Lastly, I attached a gem from my stash to the middle of the butterfly and it was done!
Thank you so much for spending a little of your holiday weekend with me! Don't forget to visit the Sweet Stamps Store today!

Imagine Peace Pendant
For my Globecraft & Piccolo post today I made this pretty pendant. I think visualization can be a powerful tool in your arsenal and I wanted to create something that would make people stop and look. Hopefully, the bright colors will catch some attention!
The pendant was simple to make and all you need to make one is:
- Rectangle Pendant Bezel from Charm Assortment ASB12
- Key from 1” Mini Key Charms C118
- Small Butterfly from Butterfly Accents A148
- Pattern Rubber Stamp, I used Hampton Art, #4404, Circus Diamonds
- Mermaid Tears, Royal Sterling, Vintage Silver, Deep Blue Sky and Girls Night Out Embossing Enamel
- Embossing Fluid
- Small heart punch, mine is from Marvy
- Sturdy silver paper for heart
- Glastique Gloss Finishing Glaze
- Tim Holtz Remnant Rubs, Words
- Crafters Pick Ultimate Adhesive

Then pick out your embellishments for the pendant. I chose a small butterfly from Butterfly Accents, and embossed that with Royal Sterling. I wanted to put a heart somewhere but I didn’t have one that I felt was the right size, so I used my small heart punch on some sturdy silver paper. I then edged the heart with Girls Night Out Embossing Enamel. I also chose a key from 1” Mini Key Charms and embossed that with Mermaid Tears. Mermaid Tears is such an unusual color – it reminds me of abalone shells as it is almost holographic. You really need to see it in person to appreciate the beautiful, subtle purples & pinks that it creates. When I put the key next to the Vintage Silver, the key took on the color of silver and I wanted it to stand out a bit more so I sprinkled just a bit of the Deep Blue Sky Embossing Enamel onto the key. It really looks stunning in person but Mermaid Tears is a very difficult powder to catch on film (or whatever you call digital film).
I chose the words Imagine Peace from the Remnant Rubs and applied that directly onto the pendant first.
Once it was applied, I used a tiny bit of Glastique Gloss to cover the sentiment; I just brushed on with a paintbrush. I fiddled with the embellishments until I pleased with the placement and glued all of them to the pendant. I dipped my paintbrush into the Glastique Gloss again and brushed a quick coat over the entire pendant. Let it dry, added a jump ring and I was done.

| If you look closely at the key, you can see the Mermaids Tears color on the tip of it. |
