Acetate
There are different types of acetate, some are heat resistant so you can emboss with ink and powder and some aren't. Acetate is often used as a window since it is totally see through, one of my favorite uses for acetate is in shaker cards. Acetate looks great when embossed through a machine with embossing folders, and you can color it (or stamp) with permanent or alcohol inks.
