Challenge #134 ATC

It's a beautiful Tuesday here in Westminster, Maryland and time for another SweetStamps.com challenge! This week's theme is ...
ATC (Artist Trading Card)
An Artist Trading Card measures 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" and can be used to make small sized custom works of art, or as a layer for a card.
