Hello, Lynda here and first let me say how excited I am to be a guest designer for the Sweet Stamps blog this month!
For my project for the DIES challenge #189 I decided to get a start on my holiday cards and started with the wonderful Holiday Sparkles Duo stamp set:
I stamped the sentiment and small image onto the bottom right corner on my cardstock. I then used chalk to color the entire cardstock piece. I then diecut this wonderful snowflake from blue cardstock and then added it to the chalked cardstock using a silver brad. I then added glitter to the center of the small image.
I then used a glue pen to edge my card base with glue dragging it through this wonderful blue glitter to accentuate the edges of my card. The entire panel was then added to a card base.
There is still time for you to pull out some of your crafting supplies and take part in the DIES challenge. Be sure to link up your project on this blog post here.
Happy crafting....Lynda
