Hi friends! It's Holly posting today as the guest designer for December. Have you checked out the challenges that were posted on this Sweet Stamps blog this week? There are two challenges - the Easel Card challenge that was posted on Sunday (the monthly challenge) and the Glitter challenge that was posted on Tuesday (the weekly challenge). I've combined both of them on this card that I'm sharing with y'all today.
I started with the adorable Sweet Gingerbread House and Wishes stamp set. I stamped the gingerbread house scene with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto some white cardstock and then colored it with my Prismacolor pencils. I then sprayed the entire piece with adhesive and covered it with Clear Rock Candy distress Stickles dry glitter. Then I mounted this piece onto the front of my easel card.
For the inside of my easel card, I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Gingerbread House and Wishes set with Tuxedo Black Memento ink onto white cardstock. I cut the sentiment out with a circle die, mounted it onto a larger black circle, and then adhered that to a label shaped die cut from red cardstock. The final touch was to thread some red and white bakers twine through some white buttons, tie them into bows, and adhere them on each side of the sentiment.
Take some time to check out the fun challenges here on the Sweet Stamps blog. Play along and you could be the lucky winner of a $20 shopping spree!! :-)

Congratulations on your guest spot for December. Your card is so adorable. The glitter shows up so well. Love that adorable house, and of course the easel style is one of my favourite style of cards. I made my Christmas cards in that style.
