Happy Wednesday from Roxie!
The
blossoms and background image are from the Always on My Mind set. I colored the blossoms with Chameleon Pens, dry embossed
them and popped them up on foam tape then added acrylic centers. The
panel is also popped up on foam tape.
Chameleon Pens color: PR4 and I held the color nib to the blender solution for 4
to 5 counts on the larger blossoms and 3 on the smaller. Also BK4
to color the blossom edges.

Gorgeous design. I love the color combination and how the color of the flowers pop against the black and white layer. Awesome!!
