GDT Claire

Hello SweetStamps.com fans!

Guest Designer Claire is back today with her second card!!!!

Ready for her adorable card?

Here is a word from her....

Hey,

I'm back again with my second Guest post for Sweet Stamps..

If you missed my first post you can see it here.

I chose the Christmas Mouse stamp for my second card...I loved him when I saw him shortly after Christmas, but knew I could make him work for other occasions.

I printed out the Mouse quite big deliberately because I wanted him to be the main focus of my card. I coloured him using Promarkers.

I played around with lots of different layouts until I realised that he would work best with a 'wallpaper' style background.

I used stamped the birthday wishes multiple times to create a fun background behind the mouse.

The funky triangle paper came from my recent trip to Amsterdam from a random, non crafty shop.

The glittery silver strip is washi tape - that I keep for 'best' LOL.

My whole card is a tribute to using things in different ways - don't be afraid of using your Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween stamps for other occasions - your stamps have so many uses, especially digital stamps, as you can make them as big or small as you want.

Go over to the Sweet Stamps shop and have a look around at all the goodies they have.

I've really enjoyed this mini two post guest series, big thanks to the Sweet Stamps team for having me with them.

Happy Stamping!
