Christmas Greenery

Good morning!
Are you getting excited about our August release party happening tomorrow??
The new stamps are really something special and I know you will love them!!
I already put in an order for the entire collection!!  That is how awesome they are.

Well I am here today, to share the  project I made for this weeks "Christmas Greenery" challenge.
The Poinsettia Flower was stamped and embossed on watercolor paper.  I used distress inks to the color the petals and leaf.  I them trimmed each one out and layered it on top of one another.  Creating a beautiful 3D flower.  I added yellow beads to the center for even more dimension.

Silver And/Or Gold with Shelly

I decided to make a very CAS silver card for the challenge this week:

I started with a very shimmery cardstock in Silver and Ivory from Marco's paper called Stardream Cover.  I swiped over it with the anti-static pouch, then embossed using Fantasy Silver Embossing Powder- it is very sparkly IRL!  I stamped the sentiment and measured how much space I had remaining from the top and bottom of the card. I masked off below those areas, then embossed the flourishes.
I hope you will consider joining us this week for the Gold and/or Silver challenge!
