Fall week with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends! Welcome to our Fall challenge on Sweet Stamps !

Irit is here and this is my Fall card made with Sweet stamps new released stencils, stamps and Piccolo chipboards, all on one card.
I used various distress inks for both background and front panel of this card.
Just  pick some fall colors and rub them over your stencils to get this gorgeous look.
Then I stamped some Doodle flowers randomly over the stencilled background and made this vertical sentiment panel.
The last touch were those  lovely chipboard flowers and a swirl  embellished with yellow rhinestones as my flower centers. The chipboard were painted with the same mix of distress inks and covered with Glossy Accents over the paint.

Now it's your turn!
Play with us and you can win some gorgeous goodies too!

Die cut challenge with Irit

Hello my dear friends and welcome to Sweet Stamps die cuts week challenge!
Today we challenge you to use dies and if you have our SweetCuts USE THEM- but you sure can use any other dies too.
My card for this week was made with a few of SS dies: the background was made with  two dies cut  a several times and then glued to the kraft base to make this kind of faux dry embossed look.
Then I made another  die cuts  from copper cardstock and glued them over the basic background. I added die cut and enamelled Cameo die over the main Lace shape and then added a stamped with  one of the new sets sentiment. A few pearls finished this card. A lot of die cutting  was involved in this card, but the result is gorgeous!

And now it's your turn! Play with us and you can win some great new goodies!

My garden makes everyone happy!

Hello my dear crafty friends! Today is my turn to show you my Garden creation made for our Sweet Stamps new weekly challenge. I know that its the last day to enter this challenge, but then who knows? You can do a card or another GARDEN PROJECT and even to  win!
So here is my card for today: stamped Mixed Media card made with   one of the new in SS shop Memory box stencils: Modern Blooming Frame.

I used a light green colored texture paste  with this stencil and then misted the white cardstock with blue mist to get this look of my background.

Next step was to make my stamped panel and it was stamped with Wildflowers SS stamp in black. To make it pop I added some red blings over each flower  center and some glitter glue over the petals.
Finally I stamped this lovely sentiment from the new SS Simple Sentiments set. I love this font a lot and it's  a must to have set!

And now it's your turn! Enter our weekly challenge and you can win!

Anything goes with new releases and parchment with Irit

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here again and this is my Anything goes with parchment project.
I know that it's not a regular parchment, but kind of a stamped one, but this is the beauty of Sweet Stamps! You can make a faux parchment using SS most gorgeous White Dye  ink and any of those deep etched stamps, even acrylic ones.
So here is my card, all made from vellum with cardstock base only.

The new June released  ATC Backgrounds #3  were stamped with white ink over the vellum and heat embossed with Detail  white Embossing powder.
Then I cut this background piece and layered it over red cardstock.
Then I stamped one single border from new June released  Sketched Floral Borders set  several times , again  with white ink and white powder  and punched a circle of those flowers to become my focal stamped point.

Everything else are just a die cut sentiment and some small embellishments: red pearls, a sticker and three real head pins  in great pink colors.

I hope you like my faux parchment card and our SS new release. Please join us in this month Parchment challenge and you can win some great goodies too.
See you in two weeks with more SS inspiration.

Dreaming of snow in July (and in Israel? )

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to our Dreaming of Snow in July  Sweet Stamps weekly challenge.
It's hard to think about snow in July, but it's even harder to think about it in Israel, as snow is very rare here at all. But as my family loves ski, we do travel abroad and see a lot of snow, but for a very short time each year. So here is my snow dream card, made with Sweet Stamps most delicious Snowflake stamp and a lot of Paper House Productions gorgeous papers that are not from a winter range at all (some are from the family range and some from the sea range, but look at the colors and patterns and  see how those " out of the range" paper fit this snow challenge.)

My three Sweet Stamps snowflakes were stamped over SS vellum with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with a mix of embossing powders; the white is a bit puffy and the blue has glitter inside. Then I added  the sticker title and embellished those " frames in a frame" with some pearls.

You are the best Dad

Hello my dear crafty friends!
Irit is here with my FATHER'S DAY card made for our  weekly challenge here on Sweet Stamps blog.
You still can enter this challenge today and maybe it will be your lucky day!

As always, making masculine projects are hard and I just found that I don't have any male stamp in my huge stamps box, but one single sentiment. So what! We can always be creative and to use masculine colors, some general background stamps and to make a card that is good for any masculine  event.
So I used kraft base , some light patterned paper and stamped 9 squares with 2 stamps only over this kraft cardstock.

Some washi tapes and black pearls were added to make it more interesting and I think my mission to make a masculine card was a success.
Here are the products I used for this project. You can get them in our Sweet Stamps shop and to make some similar projects too.

Last day for challenge #171: No design paper week

Hello my dear crafty friends and welcome to Sweet Stamps No design paper challenge.
Irit is here today and I think that I am a very first design team member to post here in Sweet Stamps blog with our new posting format. From now on you will see all of us here once in two weeks with our own posts and some sweet inspiration.
I know that this is a last day to enter our No design  paper  weekly challenge, but you still have like 24 hours to make your best and who knows? You may even win some of Sweet Stamps delicious goodies.
So just as a final reminder : here is a card I made for this weekly challenge and as you can see no patterned paper needed when you have Sweet Stamps  gorgeous products on your craft table.

Actually I don't use designer paper frequently, so it's just as kind of a challenge I like a lot.
The background black cardstock was stamped with SS Paris Script stamp using white pigmented ink and white fine detail embossing powder. Then I added a couple of golden washi tapes over this stamped background and my card was ready to get it's focal point.

The focal point was stamped with Paris Collage stamp, the same white ink and white powder way over SS Black ATC piece of cardstock. Then I made those gold heat embossed edges with  clear embossing ink and  Vintage gold embossing enamel.
A few chipboard pieces were added over the focal point: 2 small, stamped with black ink envelopes and a postmark, heat embossed with Black embossing powder.
The sentiment  " Best wishes" was made over the same black ATC piece of cardstock the same heat embossed way, but now I stamped with clear  ink and embossed the sentiment with the same gold powder. A couple of flowers were the final touch for this card.
As you can see you don't really need  any designer paper  to make your fancy stamped project.

So now it's your turn! Enter our Sweet Stamps challenge and you can win some lovely SS goodies too! Go for those AF Cling stamps I used and for our great ATC sized cardstock if you win.
Anyway, if you win, it's your pick. Just play and win!
