This is such a pretty and delicate card in real life and extremely difficult to photograph. The pink is lighter than the photo shows but I had to darken the image a bit so the detail of the butterfly would show.
The background was stenciled with light spun sugar distress ink then lightly sprayed with pewter distress spray. The corner image was embossed with silver embossing powder with a such of shimmer.
The plant was cut from vellum and attached with Paper Glaze.
The vellum butterfly was heat embossed with white powder, cut out and tool embossed on the body and the wing sections closest to the body, it's attached to the card with foam tape directly under the body.

Wow, this is so gorgeous, The vellum butterfly looks so elegant against the softly colored background. Love the embossed corner too.
